The Ohio Job and Family Services Training DVD was an interactive, e-learning DVD based on client’s requirements. This training course was designed to teach employees how to deal with people who's unemployment insurance ran out. As part of development, the team created user-case flows detailing the processes and activities to be covered in the DVD. This information was then converted into instructional materials with fun and entertaining cartoon clips intersperesed throught the DVD. These clips provided users with a distraction from the main course by providing user with different view of the materials discussed in the main course.
