This project involved creating three process flow charts, one for each line of business; Infusion, Home Medical Equipment and Speciality Rx. These charts provide customers with a step-by-step instruction through a specific process in CPR+.
Process Flow Chart
This flow chart graphically detailed the process a waste management facility must follow when submitting new or renewal license information.
Wrote five five beta migration guides to support customers when upgrading from CPR+ to CareTend. These documents included system requirements, a UI overview, and brief descriptions of the diffrences between the programs.

Created this video, as part of a team, an interactive e-learning DVD for the State of Ohio (ODJFS). The DVD is a training course that designed to instruct CSRs how to properly interact with individuals who's unemployment insurance will or has expired.

Tutorial
Developed this tutorial, as part of a team, in support of the ImpactSIIS software implementation at the Department of Health for the State of Ohio. This video was one of eight that were created to emphasize specific processes within the application. All eight videos were integrated into a comphrensive and interactive online help system.
Tutorial Videos
As part of this project, interactive videos and online tutorials were created. These videos were part of redesigning the online learning couses for teaching the Department of Defenses DPAS software. This application is used to prioritize national defense-related contracts/orders.

Web-based HTML 5 Online Help
Utilized MadCap Flare as a repository of information in designing, building and maintaining a comprehensive HTML-5 online help system, reference guides and user manuals. These materials support the newest release of CareTend, a comprehensive patient and prescription management software application. CSS was used to create and maintain the look and feel of the online help in adherence to company branding and standards. The online help consisted of over 600 topics and was used to generate over 50+ reference guides used for online training.
