This project involved one of three process flow charts. The materials were created to facilitate, enhance and support the training of CPR+ customers. The flow charts, created for each line of business; infusion, home medical equipment, and specialty pharmacy walked users, step-by-step through a specific area of CPR+. The flow charts were created in Microsoft Viso. Each step is illustrated with a screen capture using Techsmith's SnagIt. Hyperlinks were implemented at the beginning and end of each process to provide interactivity between the pages.
